Each Torrent contains 100 or so songs at a time, look at this as an idea's springboard for new talent as many of these songs are now out of copyright.

Quality varies with age. Most are 320 kbps though. Singer Songwriter? Listen to the 1920 and 1930s stuff, it should give you a lot of inspiration to help you compose (or copy) your next hit song.

Remember a lot of the big band and orchestral stuff from the pre 2nd World War era of the 20's and 1930s are OUT of Copyright and you may use the whole thing for free.  If it is a love song you are looking to compose, then your source material is right here, someplace.  You just have to spend the time listening to these classic tracks.
